Verizon has announced that it will start offering prepaid 3G data packages. These will be available today in Verizon Wireless Communications Store and online from September 28th. There are two plans, one of which is only meant for ‘multimedia phones'. |

Not much to say here since this announcement is quite underwhelming, well at least for us, but if you are interested in e-Book readers, you will be glad to know that Sony has 3 new readers with e-Ink display for you with the PRS-950 Daily Edition with 3G and Wi-Fi, the PRS-650 Touch Edition with a Touch screen and No 3G or WiFi (lame) and the PRS-350 Pocket edition with pretty much nothing as well (No 3G, No WiFi and No Touchscreen, very lame). |
